New Features

  • Configuration UI in User Portal

    • Users are now able to configure their Products, Transaction Types, and Channels within a UI in the User Portal. If there are any unconfigured values, an alert will be displayed with a link to the corresponding configuration item.

Users are able to configure their Product Types by clicking on the dropdown arrows to select the Product Type, Product Category, and Is Secured.

Allows decision makers to quickly understand member behavior and access deep analytics without requiring any technical resources

New Features

  • DNA DW Integration - New Mapping

    • Transaction Narration 1 is mapped using EXTRTXNDESCNBR from DNA_ODS.

    • Transaction Narration 2 is mapped using INTRRTXNDESCNBR from DNA_ODS.

Enhancements

  • Episys DW Integration - Mapping Logic Update

    • Transaction Amount mapping has been updated to ensure the correct amount reflecting the absolute value of the Principal Amount, Interest Amount, Fee Amount, Escrow Amount.

  • XP2 DW Integration - Mapping Logic Updates

    • Operator Full Name doesn’t populate when Operator name changes

      1. Fixed to ensure all records have the Operator Name populating.

    • MEMBER_NBR changes in XP2_ODS causing duplicate transactions

      1. Fixed to ensure only one transaction populates within Data Warehouse.

INSIGHTS

Ability for credit unions to quickly access and generate insights from the data via data visualizations and the ability to drill-through to the details.

LOAN ANALYTICS

Deep analysis into Credit Unions' loan portfolio to give deep insights and ensure compliance with regulations.

New Features

  • Loan Portfolio Analysis - three new tabs added (LTV Migration, CLTV Loan Type, and Real Estate CLTV):

PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS

Ability for credit unions to use machine learning and AI to predict future outcomes and proactively address members’ needs.

New Features

  • New Model Available (Early Adopters Needed) - New Member Acquisition

New Member Acquistion empowers users to find new members. Leveraging 3rd party data on aggregated tax returns (to the Postal Code + 4 level) along with an ML model for member engagement enables the credit union to focus on the area to find the best members based on members they have within that postal code.

Enhancements

  • Next Best Action - UX Improvement to display all recommended actions on Next Best Action and Member Profile within Predictive Analytics dashboard.

Users now have a simpler UX to find the recommended actions for their members categorized by Sales Opportunities and Education Outreach.

Member Profile has been enhanced to include the Next Best Actions at the Member level.
  • Member Profile - Search By expanded to enable easier recall for members

Users are now able to “Search By” the Name and Date of Birth (Name/DOB), Social Security Number (SSN#), Account Id (Account#), and Member Home Phone or Member Cell Phone (Phone#).
  • Predictive models now trained with a further expanded Data Pool for even better lift!
