Enhancements
To assist in validating the completeness and accuracy of a Credit Union’s data in the Trellance Data Warehouse, the data validation report has been enhanced for easier validation of data and the config doc input.
Added Transaction Type Code to the Transaction Sub Type Configuration:
Executive Dashboard with Financials - ROA calculation updated
Return on Assets is now annualized to ensure consistency with NCUA standards.
Branch/Channel Transaction Analysis - Include latest date
Branch Transaction Analysis and Channel Transaction Analysis have been updated to include the latest date within the report.
Previously, the report cut off the data at the previous month-end. For example, the report below is now updated to show 11/17/2024 (which is the latest Transaction Posting Date as of the time this report was pulled). Previously, it would have only showed 10/31/2024.
Member Id assignment from DNA
Mapping updated to ensure the correct assignment of Member Ids between Person and Org Member types from DNA.
Inclusion of all accounts in CU Analytics from Keystone.
Mapping has been updated to ensure every account is loading throughout the entire Data Warehouse (ODS, CU Analytics, API, and Reports).
Late Arriving Membership data now being captured from Keystone.
Mapping has been enhanced to look back for late arriving membership information (i.e. Membership Begin Date, Membership Opened At Branch, etc.) when memberships are opened and details about the membership opening are delayed until after the account details are loaded from Keystone.
CU Analytics Load (+API and Dashboards) updated to look back 30 days for delayed accounts
Whenever an account is delayed from appearing in the core, CU Analytics will now update the account details within CU Analytics for the Reporting Period Date according to when the account was opened. This ensure all downstream consumption (i.e. Reports in User Portal and API) have all accounts loaded within the time frame of the account’s open date.
For example, if an account is opened on January 25th, but is not processed into the source system until February 5th, CU Analytics will show the account details for January 31st. Previously, the CU Analytics layer only looked back 7 days. However, after feedback from several credit unions, the need to extend this timeframe back to 30 days.
Add 'Is Member' filter to all relevant reports for Member Configurator
Member Configurator empowers users to define a member based on business rules. The rules are then leveraged by Trellance to setup an “Is Member” field to define a member (Y) or a non-member (N).
To facilitate the Member Configurator, the “Is Member” filter displays whether the member meets the Member Configurator criteria.
The “Is Member” filter has been expanded to the following reports:
