New Features

  • New Report Available! - Report Usage

    • By monitoring every time a user accesses a report through the Trellance User Portal, Report Usage gives the BI leadership team at a credit union useful insight into how all the reports published in the user portal are being used.

      Report Usage empowers credit unions to understand which report users frequently view and prioritize communication and enhancements based on usage. Understanding who is using what reports will ensure Analytics adoption meets the credit union’s goals.
    • Through the Report Usage report, users are able to gather the following insights from their internal users' behavior:

      • Total Views by Report Name

        Gives insights into which reports are receiving the most views within a specific period of
      • Total Report views over time

        Shows trends and patterns of specific reports (or groups of reports) to indicate adoption and attrition in the usage of reports.

         

      • Total Users by Report Name

        Highlights the number of unique users who have accessed each of the reports.
      • Total Report Users over time

        Shows the unique number of users who have accessed a report each month indicating trends amongst user groups.

         

INSIGHTS

Ability for credit unions to quickly access and generate insights from the data via data visualizations and the ability to drill-through to the details.

Descriptive Analytics

Ability for credit unions to use leverage KPI’s and trends to make critical decisions that enhance the lives of its members.

Enhancements

  • Charge Off Amount has replaced the “Charge Off Balance” across all reports.

    • Previously, reports were using a “Charge Off Balance” that was not adequately capturing the actual amount that was charged off on the account as this information is stored separate from the balance (especially as recoveries are made on the account).

Understanding the charged off amount on loans is critical to understanding the profitability of the credit union and guiding lending decisions for future member borrowing.

 

  • Account Original Credit Score has replaced the Member Credit Score across all reports.

    • Previously, reports were using the member’s credit score based on the date of the their credit pull.

Replacing member credit score with the account original credit score ensures the users get an accurate picture of the creditworthiness of borrowers at an account level.
